Aaron – Fitness Freak and Goal Getter
Aaron has an excellent knowledge and background in strength and conditioning, and sports specific training. Aaron is very goal orientated and will always work hard towards delivering clients to their goals, whether that is working towards a 10km run, building strength, losing weight or coming back from an injury, Aaron will be with you every step of the way until you achieve what you set out to do. Aaron firmly believes in the many benefits of exercise and weight training specifically for the mature and motivated generation, in which he has helped many people overcome and prevent injury and the early onset of degenerating conditions.
Special Interests: Trail running, mountain biking, cycling, strength training, cross fit.
Outside the gym: You can catch Aaron running the trails at Mt Cootha, riding the mountain bike tracks at Bunya Forest, or spending quality time in the outdoors with his wife Amy and family dog Aspen (a.k.a Scoobs).
